Lifecycle planning, right-sizing, and EV transition — with working simulation and cost tools, not slide decks.

Fleet work only matters if it survives contact with operations. We build the instruments institutions use to decide what to buy, when to replace it, and whether an electric transition will actually hold under real service.

The EV Bus Simulator and Fleet Cost Decision Tool are live products — currently running Princeton fleet data — not proposal mockups. They sit alongside hands-on fleet and charger work: inspecting vehicles, reading paint schemes and depot constraints, and turning those observations into scenarios leadership can run themselves.
