Strategic advisor to the Taskar Center for Accessible Technology's OS-Connect / WayKeeper initiative: a statewide, legislature-funded pedestrian-accessibility dataset (500K+ sidewalks, crossings, and curb ramps). Supported product/brand strategy to unify AccessMap, Walksheds, and Scout Route into one coherent system, and legislative funding advocacy for the 2027-29 biennium.

Transportation Demand Management Plan for WWU, delivering the TDM-specific components of a project WWU also uses for its live parking/TDM dashboard, as subconsultant to prime consultant Walker Consultants.

Multi-year flagship relationship: campus-wide mobility framework, electric shuttle fleet transition (including the EV Bus Simulator decision-support tool), fleet cost modeling, and coordination with PSE&G on bus-charging infrastructure — identified $20M+ in fleet/mobility savings.

Developed Johns Hopkins' fleet electrification strategy and EV roadmap, extending NUC's campus fleet-electrification playbook (developed at Princeton and NYU) to JHU's institutional fleet, plus transit network redesign expertise integrated with parking and TDM planning.

Developed OHSU's 10-year TDM Plan (adopted 2017, 5-year update in 2023) as subconsultant to prime consultant Nelson\Nygaard: a 30% employee drive-alone target by 2028, backed by 34 recommendations. Directly informed the wage-based daily parking pricing program, the Luum commute platform, subsidized carpooling via Scoop, and the Lyft Off shift-worker partnership — OHSU's wage-based parking system won IPMI's 2022 Award of Merit for Innovation.

Led SEA MOVES: a commute program for Seattle-Tacoma International Airport's thousands of employees. Phase 1 (with subconsultant Nelson\Nygaard) evaluated a Transportation Management Association and built an Action Plan; phase 2 developed transit-pass, carpool, and active-transportation programs, prioritizing lower-wage airport workers. Led to a Port Commission order funding a worker transit-pass program.

Transportation-equity policy and advocacy support, in the same environmental-justice/Interstate Bridge Replacement advocacy vein as the Front and Centered and Just Crossing Alliance work.

Albuquerque University District Transit Study, as subconsultant to prime consultant Jarrett Walker + Associates: evaluated BRT versus a citywide frequent-transit-network approach for ABQ Ride, showing that reallocating service into a frequent network would give 45,000 more people access to the University District within an hour.

Served as transportation and land-use policy lead for Washington State's coalition of communities-of-color-led environmental justice organizations: state transportation and clean-air policy advocacy, highway-expansion funding pushback, and active-transportation infrastructure organizing, including work tied to the Duwamish Valley Clean Air Program.

Developed NYU's EV bus electrification roadmap: evaluated competing shuttle-operator RFP responses (Academy vs. WeDriveU), analyzed route-by-route battery-electric feasibility across NYU's 12-route campus shuttle system, and built a phased implementation plan, partnering with The Transpo Group on utility and incentive strategy.

Ongoing transit equity and advocacy work in Memphis: supported the Transit Equity Day research and the Memphis Transit Plus Justice and Prosperity Initiative, building the case for dedicated transit funding and coordinating with the Chamber, city, and county on a regional transit vision.

USDOT RAISE grant application for the Voigt Electric Mobility Hub — a $25M ask for a zero-emission transit operations center, EV charging hub, and last-mile connections to the campus's new light-rail extension — as subconsultant to design-build contractor McCarthy Building Companies.

Parking demand study for a private student-housing development in a Puget Sound college town, supporting a permit application by helping the developer respond to neighborhood concerns about parking impact from a majority-student tenant mix.

Guest speaking engagement for Edmonds College's Green Team on the connections between systemic racism, environmental justice, and transportation.

Led OSU's 2030 Sustainable Transportation Strategy: a university-wide TDM plan tied to climate goals, including a custom TDM/parking calculator, scenario modeling, and campus engagement (game nights, hackathons). Positioned the university to avoid an estimated $82M in future parking construction.

Facilitated a Downtown Mobility 2.0 workshop with city, county, Lane Transit, and University of Oregon stakeholders to explore an integrated parking-and-mobility district, a shared mobility wallet, and alternatives to new parking garage construction.
